Where We Work

Serving 5 Towns We Know Street by Street

We keep our service area tight on purpose. That means faster response times and a plumber who knows the housing stock in your neighborhood.

West Roxbury, MA

Nearly half the homes in West Roxbury were built before 1940, from Victorian era Queen Annes to the Tudors and Dutch Colonials around Willow and Weld streets. Houses that age often still carry original galvanized supply lines and cast iron drains. We are based right here and replace them before they fail.

Dedham, MA

Dedham runs from 18th century Colonials near the historic village to mill era two family homes in East Dedham along Mother Brook, plus the capes and ranches of Greenlodge and Oakdale. Each era brings its own plumbing quirks, and we have worked on all of them.

Westwood, MA

Most of Westwood was built between the 1940s and the 1960s, which puts a lot of original boilers, water heaters, and copper systems at the end of their service life. We help Westwood homeowners upgrade aging equipment before it quits in January.

Norwood, MA

Norwood mixes postwar capes and ranches with turn of the century gambrels and bungalows in the Tree Streets, and nearly one in five units sits in a two to four family building. Multi unit plumbing is its own animal. We handle it for owners and landlords alike.

Needham, MA

Needham is a town of two extremes: a deep stock of postwar homes and a wave of brand new construction from the teardown boom. We service tired 1950s systems and also handle fixture, gas, and appliance work in the newer builds.

About B&B Company

A Third Generation Plumber, Named After Two Dogs

Mike Fafara grew up in this trade, tagging along with his father on service calls before he was old enough to drive. After more than a decade at the family business in Westwood, he and his wife Colleen founded B&B Plumbing Company, named after their dogs Bentley and Bam Bam, to bring the same trusted, hands on service to more Massachusetts communities.

Mike holds Massachusetts plumbing license #16415 and still handles every job personally. Same day service is available, and emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day.
